If you are as old as I am, you will watch it with affection! No, it won't be as you remember it, and much of it will probably make you cringe, but you'll still enjoy it!

Just don't do what I have occasionally done with these old movies from my teenage years and tell your Dh that it is a great film and he will love it- he will look at you incredulously and you will feel crap and see it through his eyes and cringe all the way through! Enjoy!

Rob Lowe's lips are too pneumatic. Andrew McCarthy was very clean-cut (tho' made an excellent villain in a CSI a few years ago)

I loved all of Andrew McCarthy's films even the ones where he played the bad guy.
