my oh does not last long in bed since he had the snip and tbh it has left me being frustrated iygwim to the point i rather avoid sex.

You could mke the foreplay last longer so you come before you get down to the last course.

do it twice? the second time usually lasts a lot longer

don't allow him to penetrate you until you have reached orgams through foreplay first.

I usually demand foreplay and then postplay [demanding]

Could it be pyschological relating to how he feels deep down about having the snip? Maybe if you talk to him gently about it without laying blame it will tell you more about what is going on and you can work on it together.
