Not unreasonable in the slightest.

I've had 2 glasses of red in the hopes of avoiding a sleeping pill because I really, really dislike taking them unless I'm absolutely desperate. It appears to be starting to make me drowsy so I am off to bed now, in the hopes that I won't wake up once I get there.

Hope you manage to get some sleep soon, lack of sleep is really not fun.

Well - in absence of replies - I drank the glass of wine, and now think there is a possibilty of a bit of sleep soon!

Hope you sort your teen, ILove Tiffany - I also had to spend an hour in casualty tonight after I REALLY cut my leg by walking into my neighbour's wall whilst not looking where I was going, as I was thinking about tomorrow - 3 stitches, in the end, after the plasters didn't stop the bleeding. Also had to redo lesson plans as the blood on them wasn't looking very professional....

Grrr - it is nothing to be worried about, this Ofsted - but you can't help but question everything you do!!

Oh - sjm - I missed your post, sorry - I am also a long term insomniac in general - if you want to know my prescription or advice - send me a message - although I won't reply til weekend when this Ofsted is done!
