I am shaking with stress. It has taken me 1 hr to login to my online services with HMRC and being on hold for ages with different advisors telling me different things. They have asked me 6 security questions to make sure I am myself and still they wouldn't give me one code so that I could login or even telling me what I was putting in was wrong or not. So ...having finally found everything myself I am logged in but I am too stressed to do my tax assessment. They give us bloody 3 passwords of some such variety and call them all different names from what is written and what is online so I am left guessing as to which password they want where.
Sorry - I am quite computer nervous [embarrassed[] and find it all terribly stressful but I HATE all the login details we have to carry round for one thing and another. Cannot wait for the future and everything can ne finger print activated.
