I just bought two pasta bakes from tesco (yes, i know i could make it home and it would be healthier/cheaper/earn me more brownie points so no comments on that aspect please) and one has a good serving of cheese the other has barely any

Pictures on profile so you can see for yourself

Now who was it who complained abou the peppers/ketchup? Did they get a reply

Looks minging really.I Would complain.

SalvadorDalek · 14/01/2011 19:29

That is shocking.
It just shows you how much we are being ripped off by the buggers.
The man who mixed the peppers has probably been moved around. First into the ketchup filling dept then the cheese topping dept
who is this chap?why as he got a grudge against honest shoppers like us? is he taking home the ketchup, cheese and sod knows what else he is creaming off.
I didnt complain about the peppers and ketchup. I didnt want to be seen as mad

KaraStarbuckThrace · 14/01/2011 19:55

I shall pass the feedback onto my husband.

The chances are the company he works for makes them for Tesco!

You should still demand your money back from Tesco.

DuplicitousBitch · 14/01/2011 19:58

i would complain, at least the cheese hides how utterly repulsive teh contents are

poolet · 14/01/2011 20:04

Hahaha Jason

Katiekitty · 14/01/2011 20:06

Might have been me with the Ketchup. (can't remember what I posted about it, long story)

I complained to head office about bottle(s) and got myself a ten pound postal order for my trouble. Yes - a postal order.

Was Jason Thunderpants with the peppers

FIGHT THE POWER!!!!!!!

littleducks · 14/01/2011 20:06

Really Kara, can you ask if there is a cheese sprinkling machine or its by hand

It was quite nice actually and was only 90p (on special offer reduced from £2) a pack

No dodgy ingrediants either:

Cooked Pasta, Tomato (30%) ,Tomato Juice , Mozzarella Cheese (5%) ,Onion ,Olive Oil ,Tomato Purée ,Garlic Purée ,Cornflour ,Basil ,Salt ,Sugar ,Oregano ,Black Pepper. ,Cooked Pasta contains ,Durum Wheat Semolina ,Water.

Is it unethical to 'out' a poster?

Jason is on this thread in disguise.

Odysseus · 16/01/2011 18:51

I once complained about the flavour mix within a bag of fruit sherbets.
Did a pie chart and everything showing the flavour distribution.
Got a £5 voucher - worth it I thought at the time when I was 15 and on GCSE revision avoidance Grin Anything seems fun then!

EricNorthmansMistress · 16/01/2011 18:54

I bought that yesterday in extremis. It wasn't bad for 90p. I had lots of cheese on mine Grin
