I'm not completely new, been and gone. Anyway, i need the Sun holiday voucher code for tuesday, or was it wednesday. We didn't do the Sun holiday last year and because of that we didn't do anything, hubby too busy, self employed, money tight, bla bla bla.

So apologies for this, but anyone??? thankyou muchly XXX

you need to clip the actual vouchers to your form dont you?

sorry if I am misunderstanding what you are saying

brightlightsandpromises · 14/01/2011 08:27

if you book by post, yes you do, but they print random words on the vouchers and these codes can be used to book online :) I have 5 copies of the sun, sat unopened on the table, but i missed one lolol

Um, YABU?

crockydoodle · 14/01/2011 09:20

I have wed Sun here but can't see anything about holidays, where do you find it?

brightlightsandpromises · 14/01/2011 09:21

because?

OP posts:
TrillianAstra · 14/01/2011 09:24

You didn't ask an "Am I Being Unreasonable" question, so I had to guess. YABU is the right answer more often than YANBU.

ShirleyKnot · 14/01/2011 09:26

I am also not completely new and have been and gone and I need a voucher for the "lottery" with the correct numbers for Saturday last week or maybe wednesday?

Thanks everyone!

brightlightsandpromises · 14/01/2011 09:26

oh, see i interpreted that as
YABU for asking this here, get thee to chat
YABU for mentioning the Sun on mumsnet, you are only allowed to read the times
YABU for not collecting your own vouchers when everyone else has to

Grin

Duh!

DanceInTheDark · 14/01/2011 09:58

haven't you googled?

"We didn't do the Sun holiday last year and because of that we didn't do anything, hubby too busy, self employed, money tight, bla bla bla. " and...?

brightlightsandpromises · 14/01/2011 09:59

Ah thankyou xx Shirley, i thought long and hard when the ads came out from the Sun and the daily wail and it thought i coudlnt stand to spend time inthe vicinity of a load of daily mail readers, at least sun readers are not up their own bums :)

welshbyrd · 14/01/2011 10:01

Ill look through old newspapers to see if I have one

Do have to say, we went on a £9.50 hol last year, and it was far more expensive than we thought.
5 of us @ £9.50 each = £47.50

Linen and passes was another £80 quid

Still cheaper than booking yourself, we got our second choice holiday, and our 3rd choice date, so unless your flexible with dates, might be worth considering paying a few more ££££s, and get the park and dates you want

brightlightsandpromises · 14/01/2011 10:02

Danceinthedark - last year we decided not to do the sun thing as we had done it two years running, so we didnt book anything, thought we would wait and do a last minute thing, but because my hubby is self employed we just didn't get round to it, as, fortunately, work kept coming in. So i figured that we must book a sun holiday and if we get to do another holiday later in the year, bonus! It did come across as a sympathy request, but not like that, just a case of, if i dont pull my finger out of my arse......

welsh, yeah i know - we did go direct with park one year, got slightly better caravan and the linen didnt need collecting, it still was a fair bit more money though xx I might be selective about the extras prices though as we stayed in a park with premier "entertainment" which wasn't worth the extra money as we didnt really use it, we just want a swimming pool and a wee disco for the little princess :)
