It's my birthday tommorow and he has stormed off to bed in a huff because I asked him if he had wrapped me a little present up (I just wanted something to open and he ordered me something online but hasn't come yet) he told me that he had got me something but not wrapped it, so I asked him to and he just stormed off. He also ordered me cards online a few days ago knowing they wouldn't come on time (we live overseas)I know I probably sound like a spoilt bitch but I just wish he'd be a bit more organised for me!

YANBU, I get this with my dh all the time, I plan weeks in advance for his and he is at the all night garage the night before, would say its just a man thing but some seem to manage it!

I wouldn't have asked him if he had wrapped it. I would have assumed he had.
YABU for asking. YANBU to expect a little fuss.

megansmummy1- I really wish he had a male friend who was good at this birthday stuff to take him and point him in the right direction!

readywithwellies- I only asked him cos I sort of knew he wouldn't have wrapped it.. he is lazy!

I just wish he would have given me a kiss goodnight at least instead of shouting from upstairs that he is off to bed..
