Sorry to start this here - anyone else having terrible probs with this website?

Can't get any other Mumsnet page to open without it timing out, including the homepage.

Having to click several times just to open a single thread and even then it usually just won't even load the page- all other websites seem ok, just this one.

Anyone else having similar issues? Thanks.

yep I am, but my internet connection isn't the best so I just put it down to that.

I take it MN has becoming dreadfully popular and now there are lots of people staring in through the windows!!!??

Or a server went pop? By the look of it, posting activity is way down (ie, how quickly threads are being commented on).

yes, same here, every page takes ages to load and have timed pout about 4 times in the last half hour

mumsnet presumably got a lot of coverage over eastenders, plus that programme on itv, actually you can't turn anywhere without hearing about mumsnet - unless it is my imagination - so that probably encourages more users.

Its the mumsnet website, looks like server is having overload probs. I've been struggling for an hour or so to get pages to load. All other websites working fine

I had this yesterday too...Went into a panic as my computer is old, phew! am glad i didn't kick it now!
