to want to know how the story ends?

I read so many threads on MN and contributed to some of them, hearing tales of feuding families, babies that won't feed and MIL who need shooting but almost never hear how it ends. Poeple often just disappear and being very nosy, I want to know the ending. Am I alone in finding this frustrating?

YANBU. THere was one of those what happened threads recently where everyone was asking about different threads where they wanted to know how it ended.
