to jump on over to the sleep topic and help some folk out if you have spare time please? Especially if your dcs were previous bad sleepers.

Aibu moves so fast and you are bound to get a response straight away but i know there will be some mums, like me, who have posted for help in sleep section and have sat there constantly checking phones waiting for a response that might save them whilst dc's scream in the background!

I understand why they use sleep deprivation as a form of torture!!

While i'm here does anyone have any magic advice on how to get a 9mo sleeping through? Grin

My older dcs sleep like a dream. Can recall doing a bit of CC (not CIO) with dc1 at about 9m but they were good sleepers from 11weeks and 8 weeks respectively and are 11-13 hrs every night.

But dc3 6m is trickier, has been teething for months but no actual teeth and cries everytime he's put down. He has only now gone down for bed (11pm) and will sleep through til about 6am. He will often have a quick nap in the morning but fights the pm sleep and then sleep-feeds later on in the afternoon/evening - knocks on then to bedtime. I need a better routine that fits in around the 3pm school pickup.
