Hot whiskey and hot port

FFS I DON'T WANT THEM, and waste them by pouring them down the loo as I go to vomit Sad
Both DP and Dad insist on making me one every time they pass the kettle.
I have that cold/cough bug that is going around since Christmas week and the cough is so bad it is making me vomit and their 'cure' is not helping Sad
They should take the DC and the visitors and leave me alone to sleep.

Oh poor you. I'd suggest shouting "Sod off!" at the pair of them but perhaps not when you have a hacking cough.

Agreed they should help with the DC and let you sleep. Time to get DP by the nethers and tell him that, perhaps?

Get well soon.

practice after me... NO!

canyou · 03/01/2011 00:39

Thanks guys I am actually hiding in the study so they forget about me Blush
Blackcurrant tea sounds good, have been drinking cordial or red lemonade for so long now I have managed to lose 5 kg so at least the diet can be put off.
I hate hot port and whiskey and both believe it is a cure for everything [wouldn't mind but both are paramedics and should know better]
