I think the releif of getting heating oil and having had a nice christmas is making me feel relaxed and silly

Well I think that Trinity has stopped being crap (in HER view she was crap!) and has and is sorting shit. So YABU!

Am pleased you had a nice Christmas. Knocking the drinking on the head will make SUCH a difference Trinity. I love a drink and about a year ago decided I was drinking too much. Switched to weak white wine sodas so still feel I am having a drink but am drinking loads less. A bottle of wine can last me 3 or 4 nights now. Am getting through lots of fizzy water though! I feel so much clearer every day. On Wednesday I had the wine without the fizzy water and had 3 before dinner and then lots of red with dinner. Woke up at 3.45 with heart pounding, feeling like shit and couldn't get back to sleep. Didn't have a hangover but was lethargic all day. And it is a depressive.
