They are all pants. Our phone/broadband is off and apparently it's no ones fault, they all deny it. We've been slammed apparently, which is when someone changes your provider without permission.
Ofcom refered us to the ombudsman Otello whoose phone number on the website does not work and they will only look at a complaint 8 weeks after it started.
They are all idiots of the highest degree and we have lost the number had, which I use for work from home.
So have s shitty christmas all you twats that work at each company.
