Is there a limit to amount of time I should have the cousins to stay over consecutively (from the US) whilst there here, whilst parents go elsewhere? Is three nights in a row enough or aibu to think it's too much?

Depends how long they are here for and what their parents are going to be doing on those three nights. If they're here for a couple of weeks and parents are visiting friends in another part of the country then 3 nights is about right. I wouldn't really want to do it any longer than that though.

They are just socialising , it's kinda been inferred they could just stay here for most of their two wk stay. Did 2 nights last wkend, so gearing up for round two this thurs for wkend and then I need a break!
Am not unreasonable to be to the point when I saw I think u can take them to gran s now or mind them yourselves!
