Ripping off Santa himself

I recently did some work for someone in my area. Fee was £99 but somehow ended up being £60 That may have been my fault for not being clear, so fine. TAke that up the jacksey
Then they ask for another order. Never paid upfront so I'm down another fiver despite this person seeing me in street etc on a regular basis. I'm musing sending an invoice but it's only a fiver right?
But this takes the biscuit. I was helping at my locAl Xmas fair and this family went in to see Santa with out me seeing them go in so I couldn't ask for the tiny donation.( Raising money for a local charity) they came out and I was sitting there with the cash tin and they tried to walk right past me!!! I asked for the money and they paid but basically are they cheating chancers and would you send the invoice for the fiver out of principle!? Thanks

Yes!

Yes, in fact I would add interest! Better still I would send invoice for £44 plus interest and VAT!!! And threaten legal action if not paid!!!
I hate people like that!
