To e throughly pissed off that the Sky Man has failed to up since 8.30 this morning...ahhhhh

After several phone calls to Sky to ask and say that with the weather and all that I perfectly understand that it's not going to happen today, however each phonecall since 10 this morning has produced the same result 'he is a bit delayed but will be there within the hour'..Just tell me that he's definatly not coming and I can bloody well go out...

Had Sky installed this morning. Had no problems at all. Engineer called last night to say he'd be here between 10 and 1. Called this morning to say he'd be here at 10 and did indeed arrive at this time. Our Roads are very snowy so didn't really even expect him today. Did a tidy job. Took about an hour and a quarter. Quite impressed with the service as i usually only read posts about people who are dissaftisfied.

After spending all day waiting in and 5 calls to Sky, he didn't even turn up. 5th phone call and it was a 'oh he couldn't get up your road!' really??? no other traffic seems to be having a problem..what a wasted day when there was a gazzilion things that I needed to do.
