To dream of using disposable pots and cutlery as I am SO SO SICK of washing up?

Well, am I??

Pots, pots and more pots every bleeding day! There's only me and ds so they are all down to me and I am fed up of them. Sad

If I had any paper plates in the house I#d be using them. Those foil baking/roasting trays that you can bin look good too.

YANB at all U. I seem to spend half my day at the sink (usually with a baby hanging off one leg and a toddler off the other!) and I dream of dishwashers.........

Paper plates have their place but possibly not the most environmentally friendly way to go Xmas Smile

Get a dishwasher. I've had one for a year now and would never go back.

I haven't got space for a dishwasher . Although I am getting a new kitchen later in the year so maybe it could be worked in somewhere. I honestly think it would change my life!

Spent a week this summer in a motorhome and, even though the most complicated thing we cooked was toast, I was majorly fed up with the constant washing up by the end of it. Never been so happy to get back to my dishwasher!!

Get the dishwasher!!!!!!! Lose a cupboard, lose the microwave, lose practically anything but get a dishwasher. I used to actually seethe over the dishes in the evening and feel depressed about the mountain there in the morning. And only I did them. Now, I have a nice machine to store the dishes, wash the dishes, and as it's a machine, my husband uses it quite freely too. It is brilliant. Don't get a new kitchen without a dishwasher.

For godness sake get a dishwasher when you upgrade your kitchen. It really will change your life.

When we bought our house I got a dishwasher before I got a washing machine - I used to drive over to my mum's and use hers, which was preferable to ever having to fecking wash up!

I wouldn't really change to disposable plates santasbluebaubles (A friend of mine was recently asked what I would arrest myself for and his reply was 'not recycling') Blush.

Not sure about getting a dishwasher, I am in private rented and although it's a big kitchen can't see the landlord being keen on me altering kitchen cupboards and whatnot.
I would love one though.... [wistful]

By that garbled friend quote I mean that all my friends joke that I obsessively recycle everything.
