I have jsut witnessed an accident and after sitting on the floor with the 16yr old causalty Im cold to the core and feeling a little shaken.

The girl will be o.k I think seemed to be a bit of bruising but she banged her head badly and although she had a crash helmet on she was very disorientated.

so i got home home and had was still shivering, so had to have a warm drink.

You have a good reason to need a baileys coffee. Shock does weird things to people.
