So I was patiently waiting for christmas tree and christmas presents to arrive having ordered them online in November.
Went online to track my order today and no sign on any order. Called them up and they had a technical glitch in November which means they don's know who's ordered what so can't contact people. They have however managed to take money from me.
I am furious but also concerned about all the people waiting patiently for their parcels to arrive when there may not be any parcels.
