You have left over chinese thats lasted 3 days?? On the rare occasion we have left overs i usually eat it for breakfast the next day not sure id risk it after 3 days though, i suppose if it smells ok then it should be fine!

I did have it for breakfast the next day! A whole plateful!

Gah, don't chance it! Rice and noodles are shocking for the number of germs they hoard as leftovers (something to do with the total surface area being very high - more room for bugs to breed on).

Shame though, esp if the takeaway was yummy...

I think if it's reheated to over 72 degrees you should be ok. Depends if it's been reheated before though!

As long as you put it straight into fridge when cool, and reheat it thoroughly, it's should be perfectly safe. It's only been in there 3 days!
