Quick - WIBVVU / cruel to take DD to play group in her pajamas?

DD is kicking up a fuss as only a just turned three year old can about not wanting to get dressed. It ususlally a battle I fight, but we need to go out in 10 minutes.

WIBVVU / cruel to just take her in her pjs (clothes in bag) so she maybe understands why getting dressed is essential. Or, would she be awfully humiliated by the experience / just always want to go everywhere without getting dressed ?

Sorry for typos am in a rush...

Would she even notice?

Bung a jacket and shoes on her and take her as is, I take it she is wearing child pjs and not a babydoll nightie....

lol belgo, yes, because she been refusing to get dressed for an hour now. She'd consider it a victory.

She is 3, not humiliating at all! Other children might ask why she is wearing pjs but they won't care what the answer is.

I don't blame her, lovely warm pjs.....

OK. three MNers say it's ok so I'll go for it

Thanks

It's only a victory as she knows it has wound you up, if it happens again just ignore the behaviour and take her straight away in pjs like it doesn't bother you. Pick your battles, clothes for 3 yrs old not one of them.
