My ex-DH and I have agreed upon £50 pw. CSA said £95 but I realistically knew he couldnt do that.

We agreed on 50.

He was great for a couple of years, he has now moved and moved jobs.

He hasnt paid me since 15 Oct. His xmas present to our DS is apparently coming out of the maintenance he owes me!

My xmas presents come out of my "everyday" money!

Sounds like your Christmas present to him should be a letter from the CSA demanding those £95 back payments.... The phrase is 'give them an inch and they take the piss'. :)

What a load of crap. So if he doesnt pay you until xmas then he is holding back about £450!!! What on earth is he buying your DS?
Bet he gives him a present that cost about £20 too

well you better tell him your crimbo pressie is a phone call to the csa so he better not count this week in the xmas pressie fund as the csa ytake the date of payment from the date of call and back pay the amunts - then tell him your NYR is to stop him ever takign the piss out of you again -thank you

what pissed me off was that he sent on an email from his partner (fine) which talked about getting DS2 a dog (fine, all discussed) but the dog is £100 and he owes me much more than that.

In their email exchange she said - well it's £100 - is she (me) paying some of it!
