Ask him what MN is giving you that daily life is not and then ask if he is prepared to provide that! :)

clumsymumsnowdriftbaby · 05/12/2010 20:04

sorry, that was unclear,i meant that it's not affecting our relationship,as he thinks it's funny, just made me think Hmm

It depends. I go through phases of being on here ALL the time [eg now, am BF a tiny baby so have an excuse!] but then will drift away for a while. If I used it this heavily long term I'd leave for sure. It's great for supplementing real life, but not replacing it.

Hulababy · 05/12/2010 20:13

lol Dexter.

DH used to say that - however Mn is currently in his good books as I got a free coat from them to review, thus saving him several £££s :) Not said a word about Mn this month.

Also my MN use allows him to have greater cntrol over the TV - so he often encourages it :)

BootyMum · 05/12/2010 20:45

Hula how did you get the free coat from MN to review? Oooh, I'm so Envy!

Hulababy · 05/12/2010 20:50

Bootymum - there was a product test thread. Berghaus has 30 coats to give to MNetters who were willing to wear them and review them after a month, but they get to keep the coat after too. A applied and was chosen - couldn't have come ata better time TBh what with this snow!

clumsymumsnowdriftbaby · 05/12/2010 20:51

Hulababy · 05/12/2010 20:54

Sorry - there were only 30. Haveto say that it is fab - so warm. I was so grateful for it last week when I had to walk to work - infact I got too hot!

ShanahansRevenge · 05/12/2010 21:22

No...Mumsnet is great. There's a real network of support on here...I have been educated about things I had NO idea about on here. I never thought it was worth much till' I came here.

I try to limit it...not log on till evening. But you miss so much!
