Is it though? Under what area of law? and what statute? I always thought that bribery was down to the individual organisation to deal with.

Um, yes, YABU to want bribery to be made illegal - how else will I get DD to tidy her bedroom if not for telling her she won't get any pocket money if she leaves it messy.
