Am I missing the point, but once you've pressed the pump, aren't you going to be washing your hands anyway... so germs on the pump are a bit moot? I must be missing something there?

I dont understand them myself you are going to be drying your hands on towels that others have used i.e have germs on.

they don't view it as inventing solutions to problems, they see it as inventing way of making money.
