to wake dp up for breakfast

he has a long drive ahead of him today, so i have left him in bed aslong as possible.

would it bu, t wake him up so i can cook him a breakfast, or shall i leave him in bed and he will do himself cereal

I would have let him sleep as long as possible and packed him a snack box to take with him.

(No this is not 1950's - I'd hope for the same if it was me going - but even if the other half didn't pack a snack box I wouldn't want to be woken up - I have an alarm clock for that and sleep is rare precious).
