Somebody didn't think that through very well did they Grin

fel1x · 25/11/2010 11:43

They could sell them to twins?
Or more likely I expect parents buy them when they find out they are expecting the 2nd one!

LauraNorder · 25/11/2010 11:43

Grin what were they thinking!!

Serendippy · 25/11/2010 11:44

It is like birthday badges for 1yos which say 'Not safe for children under 36mths' Confused

Rockbird · 25/11/2010 11:44

At 3-6m even a purchase alongside the pg test would be pushing it :o

melpomene · 25/11/2010 11:50

Also I have seen Sleepsuits saying 'My First Christmas' in size 12-18 months, though that's not quite so strange because some 11 month olds who are big for their age will be wearing size 12-18 months.

Rockbird · 25/11/2010 11:52

Come to think of it I've seen those 'I am 2' t shirt in size 3-4 :o

But yes, I guess it's to cover all the children who are big/small for their age. I think the 3-6m t shirts are pushing it though!

ChippingIn · 25/11/2010 11:52

Pft - yep - big sale at next soon :)

Avantia · 25/11/2010 11:54

Perhaps it was a challenge from 'The Apprentice' but this time they didn't get fired Confused

MmeLindt · 25/11/2010 11:55

Ha. Good one.

santasbluebaubles · 25/11/2010 11:55
Grin
melpomene · 25/11/2010 11:56

NeverEatYellowTaintedSnow · 25/11/2010 12:18

OMG. I was expecting this to be a hideous item of clothing.

That's amazing. Grin

thefurryone · 25/11/2010 12:22

Maybe they thought it could be a way to distinguish between identical twins Grin

melpomene · 25/11/2010 13:32

I suppose the other scenario for the T shirt could be a lesbian couple who both have babies a few months apart, or a step siblings or half siblings with different mothers. Probably not very common though!

With my younger brother there were times I would have paid for a "I'm not related to that thing" T-shirt growing up.

But yeah... they didn't think the maths through of that one really did they?

JamieLeeCurtis · 25/11/2010 14:56

Step-siblings ?

pissedrightoff · 25/11/2010 15:14

I'm very ashamed of myself (and lord knows why I am telling any of you) but that took me a wee while to figure out Blush

Am pregnant, It's the hormones, It's not that I'm thick. Honest.

rpickett · 25/11/2010 16:38

"a step siblings or half siblings with different mothers. Probably not very common though!"

I dunno would probably sell very well in my town

IWantToBeAFairyWhenIGrowUp · 25/11/2010 17:06

Pissedrightoff Me too Grin and I haven't even got the pg hormones as an excuse. :)

I think it was because the picture was of a 3-4 year old, because I'm not think either [hmmm]

IWantToBeAFairyWhenIGrowUp · 25/11/2010 17:09

haha having a bad day today.

I think it was because the picture was of a 3-4 year old, because I'm not thick either Hmm

2shoes · 25/11/2010 17:11

lol

Galena · 25/11/2010 17:15

DD is still in 6-9 month clothes (and has only just gone into them) and she is 19 months - she could quite easily have been in one of those without having a ridiculously short gap between babies. Couldn't get her an 'I am 1' t-shirt though cos at that point she was in 3-6 months I think.

ChippingIn · 25/11/2010 18:10

Even so Galena - you'd have to admit it's not what you'd call a huge market Grin more like a huge fuck up!

disappearhere · 25/11/2010 19:05

My father ran off when my mother was pregnant with me. He got another woman pregnant and I am only five months older than my half-brother (I don't know him, my father broke all contact with me) so I could have had that shirt!

Still totally Hmm to have them for ages 3-6 months though!
