Im selling all my old clothes that will never fit me again on ebay.

SIL came round and saw all the stuff hanging, ready to be bagged. Her younger sis is probably the same size as me pregnant, obviously without bump, but taking into account the weight Ive put on everywhere else.

She insisted I didnt sell a particular dress until younger SIL had seen it and tried it on. Now a) I knew for sure that this will dress not fit her. I bought it as a size 14 and it was tight then! and b) I want to sell the stuff for our baby fund. I dont mind giving her a few things but this particular dress was the main selling point. Bought from Warehouse for £50!

We discussed whether it would fit younger SIL and because I knew it wouldnt, I agreed to let her come and try it. However older SIL kept saying that Im the same size as younger SIL so it WOULD fit. (I was definately slimmer before pregnancy! )

When younger SIL came to try it on, the zip would not even move. My inside voice snorted with glee.

Feel a bit sorry for younger SIL as it wasn't really her fault. Think older SIL sounds a bit of a bitch though. Maybe you could give her a maternity outfit to wear and say you thought it would fit her really well...now that would be bitchy!

In my pregnany paranoia Im thinking, have these two discussed before what sizes we both are?

Ie younger SIL "Im not as big as knittynoodle am I?", older SIL "Noooo! Shes much bigger!" sort of thing?

I think that thought added to my inner snorting.

I wouldnt wear it, even if I could get back into it. I just have a feeling Im going to end up with a (stolen from another thread) 'saggy bollock tummy' which would not be becoming in this outfit!

All the info you require is available on the internet and it doesent require expensive equipment. Half an hour a night is all you need although for the next two years you will need all the rest you can get :)

Not wrong to be pleased that you are not as large as someone thinks you are.

Feel sorry for younger SIL though as she is the person being called up for fatness and it's older SIL who is being blind.
