Am I unreasonable to expect that if I pay £10.95 for "express" ie next day delivery that I should expect the item I ordered - the next day?! A certain grotty little company sent me the wrong product (which I was urgently awaiting to complete a wall mural)(apparently the warehouse packed the wrong item, second time this has happened to me) - then on Friday promised they would send the right item urgently. Today I phoned again to chase it, only to be told as an oversight it had not been RE ordered; so will now arrive on Wednesday (five days later than expected/promised!) Been using this company for past six years - perhaps they have got too big/successful for their boots? Won't be using them again in a hurry.
