to ask if anyone can recommend a xmas cd?

I know this is in the wrong place but ive put it here for high traffic..

can anyone advise of a good xmas cd, with songs like coming home for xmas, and that drunk song by that irish man-something about bells ringing ofr xmas cheer

i want to get in the mood! but not buy a shit cd with cover versions done on a keyborad etc...

I heard something on the radio the other day about a christmas carol album by Annie Lennox. I haven't heard it, but I think she would have a good voice for that sort of thing.

I can handle listening to it 1000 times without wanting to top myself.

Have you tried Mr Hankey's Christmas Classics from South Park? It's so cheering to sing along to Christmastime in Hell when you're not quite in the festive zone.
