well?

Bear

(Even though I am planning a home birth?)

Obviously I will alsohave a plateful for when the midwives arrive, so if I poo in the birthing pool, DH can hand the plate round and say 'Pom bear anyone?'

YANBU, although shaped potato snacks may not be at the forefront of your mind come the big day!

YummyorSlummy · 19/11/2010 07:49

YA most definately NBU!!!
I want a pom bear even at this time in the morning....

flabbyapronbelly · 19/11/2010 18:11

So long as you're not planning BLW on birth day with them think you're alright

Flisspaps · 19/11/2010 18:15

YANBU Bear

YANBU, but I'd go for the plain ones rather than the cheese and onion. They're quite pungent Bear

I think your hospital bag should contain anything that makes you happy, maybe if you eat lots now it will have a puging effect thus removing the possibility of amid birth floater.
I am packing some decent pain killers (c section)as i do not consider paracetamol enough, and also a fun sized bottle of wine so i can celebrate when nobody is looking.

just don't drop any in the pool - I suspect that whoever is in charge of skimming out the floaters will draw the line at soggy Pom...

HalfTermHero · 19/11/2010 19:42

YANBU. They are the perfect snack in any given circumstance Bear.

jonesy71 · 19/11/2010 19:46

asteria I think if dropped in a pool they may blow up to five times their original size ! just guessing of course.

Miffster · 19/11/2010 19:47

I am thinking of pom bears and toast for the post-birth refuel, along with champagne, obv. I think that would be a magical memory.

Just have to ensure they don't give me piles.
Do they have a purging or a bunging up effect?

(I bet the Pom bear brand manager is going mad watching the MN Bearthreads today, waves)
