To be fed up of the people at work?

I have had a difficult day at work and just want to vent.

We hold the petty cash in our office and today we had a queue of customers a mile long and one girl, let's call her Shelly, from a different office came in. One of the customers in the queue only wanted to get some change from a purchase from a little shop we have which wasn't staffed as out of hours, but customers are still welcome to purchase from it. She interrupted while I was with this customer to get change for this customer, so I handed her the key for the safe to the petty cash tin to help herself to change for this customer. Well, she hufffed and puffed and made 'faces' and rolled her eyes at her colleague that I had dared made her do it herself as she works in an office where they do not deal with customers. I just thought that as she was there and rather than ask the customer to wait til one of us were free, she should help out.

Was I BU?

Is she normally so huffy with you?

Could you just put it down to late in the day aggieness Grin

I think you did the right thing but have a word with her tomorrow to check it over.

Pour yourself a lovely big glass of wine and chill Mummikins

Sounds like the type of person who lives by the 'this isn't in my job description' rule, total pain in the arse.

She is usually an arse! Thanks for your replies :)

When she's being an annoying fuck, just think of what we'd say to her on here and you can smile with conviction at her rudeness.
