To abort my unborn baby if you tell me to?

Not me! This couple. They are Pete and Alisha Arnold, and she is 17 weeks pregnant. They can't decide whether or not to keep the baby so are putting it to the vote, which closes two days before she reaches 20 weeks.

Some of the site content is down, but they appear to be genuine. I heard about this from Gawker.com Sorry if this has been done before - if so I haven't seen it and am Shock Shock Shock and Sad

Oh and not to forget what about all those sick individuals who actually voteShock
They're just as bad imo.

Broodymomma - I'm really sorry to hear about your situation. I posted this story because I had the same reaction as you.

they dont deserve children sick scum bags!! 17weeks id class that as murder!!!

AntPants1 · 18/11/2010 17:59

I have posted on the other thread about this. I rarely post but this has horrified me on every level.

2 years ago I had a termination at 20 weeks for medical reasons. I was quite simply the worst time of my life and I would not wish the grief and guilt of something like this on anyone.

Not a day goes by when I do not think of the son I lost.

Whether these people are for real or not. Whether this is a publicity stunt or not. They are total shits. Shame on them. As if any normal person would take the decision to end a pregnancy, especially a healthy one, so far along, so lightly.

I am pro life - clearly- and believe that everyone couple has the right to do the best for their family but this sickens me.

So thank you Pete and Alysia for treating my grief with such contempt.

ShockShockShock

Words fail me!

nameymcnamechange · 18/11/2010 18:01

I am with Pozzled and think this must be a pro-life stunt.

Megglevache · 18/11/2010 18:01

I won't click the link but I am curious it's not Heidi and Spencer Pratt is it?

Mumcentreplus · 18/11/2010 18:12

WTF? Hmm

musicmadness · 18/11/2010 18:16

It has to be a pro life stunt, and a very sick one at that.

theevildead2 · 18/11/2010 18:27

sorry about your IVF attempts Broodymomma. It is devestating sometimes when all you want a child, and every arsehole and complete fuckwit seems to have no problem conceiving

2shoes · 18/11/2010 18:29

don't want to look, so won't, think I will just now hide thread.

spiderlight · 18/11/2010 18:33

Lost for words... :(

So sorry, Broodymama.

NinkyNonker · 18/11/2010 18:35

I made the mistake of reading this while feeding my pickle of a 3 month old DD. Has made me feel a little sick it's so sad.

ShadeofViolet · 18/11/2010 18:36

They dont deserve the chance to be parents.

TankFlyBossWalk · 18/11/2010 18:41

This is a 'pro-life' loony stunt. There's even a banner ad for 'pro-life' organisation Heritage House on there.

Ignore. It's a load of crap.

Kaloki · 18/11/2010 18:49

It's glaringly obvious it's a pro life stunt, which is bad on so many levels. Mainly the fact that it would probably be better for the poor child to be aborted. Can you imagine growing up knowing that your parents had offered your life up for a vote? Stunt or not, that'd hurt :(

piscesmoon · 18/11/2010 18:57

I'm not even going to look-I think everyone should totally ignore them. It sounds like a bad stunt to me.

hairytriangle · 18/11/2010 19:02

these people are sick. I believe in the right to choose, but not this :(

redflag · 18/11/2010 19:03

Well if they are that fucking thick as to make a website and take a vote on a human life, may i say i don't think they deserve a child!

thereistheball · 18/11/2010 19:06

DH agrees with those who say it's a pro-life stunt.

I agree with the people who say it's sick and wrong on every level.

We are probably both right Sad

MotherofHobbit · 18/11/2010 19:14

My feeling is that this is a stunt in poor, poor taste.

redflag · 18/11/2010 19:21

Do you know what, i really hope it is a stunt! If its not god help us all!
