Am I being unreasonable to prevent my 11 yr old son from owning/playing violent computer games when all the other boys in his class have them?

How are you planning on stopping him playing them at his friends' houses?

Lined uo & waiting for life I suppose! I don't know how to prevent it at friends houses, but am I alone in that all 14 of the other boys in the class own games rated as 18. My choice seems to be to allow his mind to be corrupted by games or to isilate him. I don't want to do either. Advice please..?

Well I don't think Yabu, but if you read the thread ^ theres alot of opinions that differ.
