AIBU to think that my toyboy moving in on my space is not such a great idea and I am perfectly justified in growling at him when he gets in my face?

I am fiercely independant (and stylish Grin) and I've lived alone for the last 13 years. Recently friends have fixed me up with a new man. He is 26 years younger than me!!! He moved in next door and now in to my space but I'm not sure I can bear it. Friends have noticed tension. I heard one saying 'He wants to play and she wants to tear his head off.'.

What should I do. Shall I freeze him out till he gets the message. Or should I thaw and get frisky Grin

Cant you just tell him to back off in a nice way then?

CommanderDrool · 13/11/2010 14:37

Why don't you try to talk yo him like a human being?

Or alternatively just play games and hurt his feelings. That sounds like a healthy way to maintain a relationship Hmm

highhopes2010 · 13/11/2010 14:37

dont know why you'd need to "freeze" him out if you're a popular person you obviously know how to talk to people in a decent manner!

highhopes2010 · 13/11/2010 14:40

And if you're already feeling this way about him i'd just be nice and say bye completely now.

mercedesofthenorth · 13/11/2010 14:41

hihghopes - I'm not sure it would be that easy to get shot of him now he's here. I could try though - I've got some heavyweight weapoins - with teeth Grin
