to ask how many rolls of loo paper you use in a week??

Have just changed the roll - again!! - and I reckon we are getting through a roll a day.

There's only three of us!!

Is this excessive? Should I be worried?

And why does someone always leave one sheet and not change the roll thus presenting a problem for the next person who doesn't notice when they "sit down"??

So who is doing the spreadsheet then?

I'm way too busy mumsnetting doing important things.

We get through at least 12 rolls a week of value Tescos rolls.

And it's only me and DS2 at the moment. I am the culprit but it's because I had a loo roll deprived childhood :)

My mum used to buy 2 rolls per week between 5 of us and we would rush to reserve some and stockpile it under our pillows for personal use.

Subsequently, I suffer from loo roll stress disorder and currently have 48 loo rolls lying in wait in our bathroom.

We put a new roll on 2 days ago. There is still a lot on it. Me, DH, and DS1&2 (DS3 still in nappies)

Right - report back after a whole week.

We only used 2 rolls (and a bit).

I#m actually rather shocked, I honestly though it was at least 3 full rolls possibly 4

I think we use no more than one a week. It used to be loads more, ridiculously so, but then I stopped putting spares in the loos and the one upstairs seems to last forever, the one downstairs needs replacing about once a week. There are four of us using the loos.

We do use the more expensive rolls though, I think it's like washing up liquid, the cheaper stuff is really a waste of money.

I may do a test next month and buy more expensive rolls and see if we go through any less - I'll time it for AF though to make the test more equal

We use maybe one or two a week, depends if ds gets hold of it.

ExH used to use a roll a day, I'd start to panic if we had less than 7 rolls in stock.
