It's only about 5-6 weeks old and I knocked against the ironing board, knocked it off and knackered it

I'm having a horrible time atm for various reasons and I just can't believe I did this.

Yes it would have been worse if it had dropped on my foot - or on the kids or cat - or heaven forbid dh's foot

I don't think I could get away with claiming it just broke - it's clearly been dropped - the hot plate is about to drop off

Speaking of throwing irons about, I dropped mine off the ironing board face-down, my carpet wears the burn patch with shame.

I dropped mine recently and broke it's nose off. It still just about works but I really do need to get a new one .....not a big ironer though me,
