i have a sneaking suspicion EXp might turn up unannounced this evening. as we are all a bit under the weather with colds, we haven't left the house and have pretty much slobbed about all day. the dcs aren't even dressed. so the living room and kitchen are a bit untidy, there are dishes in the sink. on monday i raced around tidying when he phoned to say he was coming in but i just can't be arsed today. AIBU to just leave it and hope he doesn't turn up?

He'll have to take you as you are if he's into just dropping by, does it matter what he thinks of how tidy your house is?

If he's that bothered he can roll up his sleeves and get stuck in?

ha, that'll be the day AZ

Sod him, do as you please!

It's no longer his concern if there are dishes in the sink and you're all in your PJs.

you're all right. he can make as many Hmm faces as he likes. he doesn't pay the rent. just don't like being judged...I'm in the wrong place aren't I? Grin
