To be sick of "celeb" book signings in Asda?

One of the Asdas I go to semi-regularly seems to have become obsessed with celeb book signings. Just been on the Daily Wail website (avoiding housework) and Miley Cyrus was the latest one, last time I was in there it was Michael Mcintyre, Peter Andre and Jordan all in the space of a week or so and it's getting flipping ridiculous blocking off half of the store for the best part of the day.

Am I the only nutcase in the world who doesn't want to run the risk of encountering Katie Price in among the baked beans and wants to get in and out as fast as humanly possible? Go to berluddy Waterstones!

Don't go to Asda Wink

They're scrubbers. Only Asda would let them sign their wares in there, surely?

I've actually started avoiding that Asda as much as possible - because you don't know which z-list "celeb" you're going to find hiding down one of the aisles now (thankfully it's not my real local shop, but it's one we go in if we're passing that way). Sure I'm not the only one who's doing the same.

At the look of the "celebs" you mention, I assume they are there as they have found their spiritual home?
