Couldn't get it anywhere, had almost written the 5000 word essay using some references from it and thought balls to finding this again! Only library is one in london and it has to be in 4 weeks from now!

Could you buy a used copy? Textbooks are always expensive.

Try amazon and do lots of the 'read here' books, you get loads of quotes and references for essays and it looks like you read the whole boring book. Thats what I did anyway for a crapply boring uni essay - I passed

Thats where I found it but I need to cite the origional references but you can't access the list at the end .

Are you sure? I can access the 'Works cited' list - page 251 (not sure if it's complete though) - or is it a different part you're after? Are there any particular references you're looking for?
