My ex has our children every other weekend
and he likes to go to the pub at lunch time. He feels that it is ok to leave children at home for an hour or so while he is in pub they are only 10 and 12. I dont think that this is ok.

Ah poor little buggers.
When I was 8-14 on Saturdays, when my brothers and I went to our Dad's, he would play football all afternoon.
It was very boring and as soon as I was able to choose not to go I did.
At least we were out and about we could play on the roundabout and walk up to the shops and buy blue slush puppies.Grin
I really would not be happy for this to happen to my children, it really shows a lack of interest in his own childrenSad

Sparkle's suggestion sounds like a good one, if it works for you, ofc.

Whilst leaving a 10 and 12 yr old alone for an hour doensn't sound bad in itself, what do they have for lunch?
