Several months ago DH bought a lot of items from a paypal using ebay trader, about teh sixth time we bought from him.

they enver turned up.

When asked where they were trader entered recorded tracking number of a previous order, and sent us an email saying he ahd no intention of sending the order to us.

Paypal keep saying if we return the items they will refund.

We cannot return what we have enver reeceived.

When DH rings they apologise and promise the case will be amended; nothing happenbs. if we don;t return non deliverd items by Friday we lose £200.

Argh.

(If anyone ahs a formal complaints addy it would be great. We will oaunch a smallclaims case but we have reason to think trader has gone under and as soon as paypal release the money he'll be away with it all)

Have you sent Paypal a copy of his email saying he won't send the goods?
