not to know who the mumsnet heavies are?

I am quite new and keep seeing references to the mumsnet "heavies" on other threads. Am intrigued. Who are these people please?
"Heavy" because of strong opinions? Especially articulate posters? Nasty?
Or dos it refer to people officially involved with the actual running of musnet?
Please enlighten. I'd love to know who they are and why so called.

I may be alone in this, but I've always suspected jameelaq is actually a bloke. Also an addict of some kind, as his/her postings tend to start off reasonably coherent if arsey, then gradually lose connection to reality as the evening progresses, until at the end it posts completely random collections of words. I think it has a lot more problems than mere fatness.

ps Riven is indeed royalty, she's like had tea with the Prime Minister and everything. Though she badly let the side down by not slipping anything nasty into his tea.
