I purchased some boots online on Sunday. £150 worth of boots, delivery within 48 hours. Boots came on Tuesday, was quite impressed, but wrong size sent.
I returned the boots with a note and then chased up yesterday, said new pair of boots sent and would be delivered today.
Excitedly opened them this morning, they've sent the wrong size again.
How is this so difficult, just to send what I originally ordered???????
I've now asked for them to send the correct pair of boots and I will exchange the wrong sized pair of boots to the courier. They seem to think this is out of order for me to do this.
I would kind of agree if I was exchanging for a different size but we are now on the second pair of boots that are the wrong size.
So annoyed.
