as much as love my dh , if he doesnt stop shovelling his food in his mouth whilst making grunty noises im going to throw this laptop at him , what makes it worse is that he does it whilst waiting for his xbox game to load in, does anyone elses dh do it? and how do you get beyond the rage?

don't throw your laptop you might break it. throw his xbox. and a few bricks.

SecretNutellaFix · 27/10/2010 18:58

take the xbox controllers away until he has eaten.

My DH licks his yogurt lid in such a way that my skin wants to jump off my body. I have no idea why I started feeling like this, it never used to bother me.... however have just been prescribed ADs come to think of it, so perhaps after the magic 14 days it will stop bothering me! Grin

And try not to throw your laptop, imagine if it broke and you couldn't MN... Wink

How do you fancy a man who eats disgustingly while playing computer games? ust the mental image is making me sympathise with you. Does he eat his actual dinner on his knee playing games or just snacks?

It would make me cringe anyway, tell him you can't possibly sleep with him unless he bucks up his ideas [hgrin]

gingercursed i too ghave just been prescribed ads and even though noisy eating really annoys me normally, at the minute i feel like steam is going to start shooting out my ears, im currently waiting for those fourteen magic days too , maybe i should keep my laptop til then need it to vent on mumsnet [grin}

TOTALLY with you on this one. I haven't got beyond the rage. One day I am going to RECORD my dh so he realises what I have to listen to. He just shovels too much in and then has to chomp. Gaaarrghhhh
