I sold a largish bundle of items on another forum. they were recieved yesterday, now when they left me they were in brill condition.
buyer then contacted me to say that 1 part was missing and the bag they were stored in had a dirty mark on.
I apologised and said when I was back home I woul look for missing part and forward it on to them,
next they are demanding a refund plus me to pay courier.

BUT they want me to put money for courier in their bank and the full refund as well.

So I paid for the courier to collect and have told them I will refund when I get the items back.

During this they then changed their mind, after courier had been booked to say their child was now playing with them, then said they were shit.

So i questioned them, they demanded a refund. AGAIN

AIBU to refund the full amount MINUS the courier?

They are chancers. If their child has played with the items you don't want them back. Any of this written or is it all verbal?

Don't put the courier money plus refund money in their bank. You will never see either the money or the items again.

Ignore her now...give nothing back....her hild has used them which disallows a refund.

When I said I paid for the courier I meant I have arranged one to collet on Monday.

cancel the courier and tell her that as the child is playing with them that you wont refund at all... If it was that bad they would have repackaged it and put it safely back for collection... Report them to the other forum too as i bet they've done this before!

Ignore them they sound like scammers

I am just peed off because of the attitude even though I said I would look for the missing part which I found today.
Still, I will happily get them back and then buy the add ons for it for DS2.

Its a happyland Bundle, I sold.

dont give a refund until you check that you have it all back!!
