Glad it wasn't just me! Except I was worse... curiosity got the better of me and I googled some of the fonts to see what the fuss was about (sigh) how sad...

I loved that thread. I have always thought that there was a gap in the market for a popular Eats Shoots and Leaves style book on fonts (or is there already one?).

Anyway glad to know that I'm bot the only closet font obsessive around.
