I'm really fed up with it. I scrimped and saved and bought a Lofra double oven 4 years ago. Lofra UK promptly went bust and spares can only be imported from Italy through one company who don't seem to pick up the phone. I waited 6 months for a replacement fan in year 2, the small oven control knob went about 6 months ago and now the bottom element of the main oven has just gone as well.

In theory it's still covered by a 5 year parts warranty but I have a feeling that I'd be better just cutting my losses and buying another one.

Surely they should last better than this. Any recommendations for makes? I've been told Caple are good but don't know anyone that has one

You are propably better buying a new one- make sure is British or accountable to a british company, so you will know where to knock. Smile
