To everyone on here who voted this bunch of jokers in, wonder how pleased with yourself you will feel by the end of the day when all the cuts have been announced.

/starts slow hand clap

OP posts:
GypsyMoth · 20/10/2010 10:56

well they would have been made anyway....labour would have had to act on this if they had remained in

SHRIIIEEEKPoolingBearBlood · 20/10/2010 10:58

Not a nice post (and I didn't vote Con btw). Not only are these cuts devastating the nation, but they are also splitting MN.

TethHearseEnd · 20/10/2010 10:59

Has anyone mentioned gravy trains or sense of entitlement yet?

OP, YANBU.

And it's putting me right off MN.

George Osbourne is going on my naughty list.

That'll show him.

purits · 20/10/2010 11:01

Can I add a big well done to everyone on here who voted the previous bunch of jokers in who got us in this mess in the first place. Like they do. Every. Time.

GypsyMoth · 20/10/2010 11:14

well said purits.....well said!!

Mummy2Bookie · 20/10/2010 11:16

Country in bankrupt. Trillian WE NEED THE CUTS AFTER BEING BANKRUPT BY LABOUR

IHateYouSoMuchRightNow · 20/10/2010 11:17

Joins in with slow hand clap.

MissEltoe · 20/10/2010 11:19

There would have been cuts anyway, regardless of who was elected. At least clapping will keep your hands warm, saving money on heating.

NerdyFace · 20/10/2010 11:30

To be fair no one actually voted for the "co-alition". We actually ended up with a government which no one voted for, which to me seems like a coup.

Regardless, it seems voting Tory is like selling your soul to the devil, albeit a devil that looks like a greasy penis with two boogle eyes stapled to the tip.

FindingMymOOOOOOOOjo · 20/10/2010 11:36

I generally ignore the political threads on MN, but joins in on slow clap!

Well done Mr Brown on keeping your promise of no more boom and bust, not letting house prices get out of control, spending like we have a never ending sum of money to pay for it all.

Diziet · 20/10/2010 12:47

Clap, clap, clap.
But hey, show me a PERFECT government...![hwink]

Prinnie · 20/10/2010 13:00

Will those slow clapping please give their proposals on how to get the UK out of it's economic black hole where we spend £120 million a DAY on debt interest?

Diziet · 21/10/2010 21:52

Sorry, Prinnie , can't help you there - rubbish at maths. Blush
However, I'm quite good at over-simplifying:
They Are Tories.
They Look After Their Own.

lissieloucifer · 21/10/2010 21:55

prinnie, not by cutting millions of jobs, reducing benefits for those that they've made redundant and taking chunks out of affordable housing. but then, i have a soul.

florencerusty · 21/10/2010 22:07

Owning up to a soul here too, and some morals!
