to think that since DD and DH arranged for DD's friend to visit today after school, they should have arranged it for a day when one of them was going to be here?

How did she get there and where is dd?!!

verytellytubby · 19/10/2010 16:55

Where is DD? How old are them? I'd phone her mum and tell her there's been a mix-up.

verytellytubby · 19/10/2010 16:55

How old are they not them? Blimey. I'm tired!

GoreRenewed · 19/10/2010 17:46

Her dad brought her. She's 11 and now goes to a different secondary school to DD. DD's at choir practice and DH is in a meeting.

DD turned up about 30mins ago and DH 5 mins later. DH denied all knowledge Hmm

Still, they're happy now.

When the girl has gone home I would be tempted to give the pair of them a rocket for being so thoughtless.

huddspur · 19/10/2010 19:59

YADNBU thats terrible, poor girl.

GoreRenewed · 19/10/2010 20:14

The rocket was given!

DH reckons he knew nothing, DD reckoned he did.

But they had a good time and DH partially retrieved some brownie points by taking her home after dinner.
